Research Computing provides support for all of the hardware and software listed on this site plus any new
software one may require. Our main avenue of support is via e-mail. Our staff will respond to all queries
via E-mail within a timely manner. We may also be reached by phone in the event of an emergency or any other
matter of urgency.
When contacting us to report a problem (e.g. licensed software not functioning properly, cluster systems not running
jobs correctly) please include a detailed description of the problem, when and where, during your work, the problem(s)
occurred, log files with a record of the incident, or any other output that may be useful in diagnosing the issue.
We also provide various levels of consulting work to assist researchers in selecting appropriate hardware and
software tools to meet their demands. You may contact us any time to make an appointment or to discuss your needs.
